Happy Wednesday, fellow reading addicts!
I went to an estate auction this past weekend and this should come as no surprise, in addition to house goods I purchased for my son, I also purchased some children books for a neighbor’s kids to enjoy. No one was bidding on them so I figured why not? I’d hate to see the books get thrown away. And there were a lot of Dr. Seuss books in there to boot.
At the beginning of last week, I heard the regular beat of drums as marching band practice began at the high school three blocks from me. School starts on the 14th of August. Are you getting ready for back to school with your children or grandchildren? Or is that behind you?
