Happy Wednesday, fellow reading addicts!

So I promised pictures from my gardening efforts last week, but they may need to wait a week or two because, with the exception of one plant, everything else isn’t that exciting. The lettuce seeds are planted, but currently, it just looks like mud. I planted two tomato and two cucumber plants as well as some chives in addition to the lettuce. If the plants survive the squirrels who are digging around them, we should have some progress in a couple of weeks. If I’m lucky, the lettuce will start sprouting around then too.

Later this week I need to see if I can find my hanging plant holders so I can decide if I’m going to get flowers to plant in them. And wow, flowers are way more expensive than they were the last time I planted stuff in the backyard. (It’s been a few years).

Seeing as it’s that time of year, at least if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, do you plant a garden? If so, what veggies or flowers do you plant each year?

This week we’ve got boxed sets, series sale, individual books, and even a couple free books for you to enjoy!

Enjoy and happy reading!
