Happy Wednesday, fellow reading addicts!
Well, the sniffles I mentioned last week ended up not just staying sniffles. Thankfully, it’s not the flu or covid, but whatever it was it turned into a sinus infection and I have been coughing so much it’s not funny. I have meds and should be turning the corner with this annoying illness shortly. And then I can start doing some yard work once the week of rain gets passed us.
While I’ve been sick, I’ve been binging Riverdale. It’s definitely a different take on the comics and a bit darker than I was expecting. Except for the typical teenage drama, it’s been enjoyable. I don’t think I’ve mentioned it yet, but if you have Amazon Prime, check out Vox Machina. Absolutely love what they’ve done and can’t wait for season 3. It might be animated, but it is DEFINITELY NOT a kid’s show. 🙂
