We are definitely in the middle of summer’s last hurrah here in the middle of the country. Temperatures are in the upper 90s along with heat indexes in the 100s through Sunday. But then temperatures should start dropping into normal September football season temperatures.
Until then, I’m staying inside where it’s nice and cool and I won’t have to sweat to stay somewhat cool.
