Happy Wednesday, fellow reading addicts!
It has been a crazy week of weather since we last talked. Thursday night we had a microburst roll through where I live and it knocked down a tree at the end of my street, blocking off the street, and many other trees throughout the neighborhood and other parts of the city were knocked down. Some of these were old oak trees. It was crazy to hear the winds and see the damage they did in such a short period of time. I had a couple branches that came down, including one that hit my roof, but there’s no real damage that I can see. I’ll still have someone come out to check it out this week.
