Five years ago, everyone knew sorcery and magic were nothing but myths. One spectacular incident proved them wrong. Now men and women of power flaunt their supernatural abilities openly, using them for both good and evil.
Sorceress Lyssa likes her reality TV and strawberry ice cream, but her day job of hunting down rogues and criminals doesn’t leave her much time for either. And that’s when she’s not worrying about containing a powerful and dangerous spirit forced on her.
Paranoia is her other hobby, and it’s hard to burn away all evil in the world when she’s not sure if she’s working for the good guys. There’s also the small problem of people from her past popping up and trying to kill her.
When gangsters surprise her with powerful artifacts on what should have been a routine mission, Lyssa is drawn into an investigation that threatens to upend what she thinks she knows about her past.
With two enchanted guns and an attitude, this is one sorceress who isn’t going to let anyone stand in her way.
When one door closes for the young witch, Raven Alby, she’ll kick open another one.
Raven is graduating from Fowler Academy with her fierce red dragon, Leander by her side.
She is taking on the responsibilities of a WarMage – just like her late mother – and has joined the kingdom’s army corps and their fleet of dragons. Time to get ready for whatever the world throws at Raven and her homeland, the kingdom of Lomberdoon.
Something is affecting the dragons, wild and tame. A few have turned up crazed, spitting fire and ice, right before they die. Did the creepy crawly monsters that once plagued the kingdom leave one last poisonous gift behind?
Can the corps’ veterinarian, Dr. Welby find out what’s causing it and create a cure before it’s too late?
And Raven’s grandfather, Connor, has gone missing. Can her frenemy, Bella and her private company track him down for Raven – in exchange for a favor, of course.
Things are changing in the land of Lomberdoon and battles may be on the horizon. Who will stand with Raven and Leander?
You cannot murder a person who never existed.
It is not impossible to rewrite history. In fact, when one computer runs the world, changing history happens faster. Those who were heroes have been labeled villains. The alien Melagorns and Dreth, once friends, are now competitors at best.
The Regime works to instill loyalty to humanity. Loyalty to brotherhood. Loyalty to the state. Loyalty to the words preached every night.
Humanity first. Truth!
Those with power are Tainted. Truth!
The Tainted prove Loyalty by working for the Regime. Truth!
Tainted who hide power seek to harm Humanity. Truth!
Hail, Victory! Hail, Humanity!
Except not everyone follows the truth. John Dunn fled into a radioactive wasteland, seeking death rather than work in the Regime. What he learns changes humanity forever.
For two decades he served… and never questioned the orders.
Would one act of mercy cost him?
Alistair believed in the work. He was the last line of defense against the rebels’ unending war to overthrow the Commonwealth. His legend preceded him – the greatest Titan the corps had ever produced.
Alistair’s mission was simple: catch and kill two rebels. Then they said a few words that forever changed his life.
Alexander’s family had ruled the Commonwealth for ten generations. His 30-years as Emperor had been peaceful, but only because he didn’t tolerate dissent. Now, a Titan had betrayed him. Alistair must die.
In a battle of Good vs. Evil, the stakes have never been higher.
Can Alistair survive? Or will Earth’s greatest warrior fall to its greatest ruler?
The first dragon rider in over a hundred years has been born. And it’s a girl. Never before has a female been chosen to ride a dragon.
The Elite, a guild comprised exclusively of dragon riders, is dead according to most. No one has seen a rider in decades. The problems they used to fight overwhelm the world. Dragons are thought to be near extinction. However, the Elite aren’t dead… It’s just that a bunch of crusty, old men who do nothing that benefits the world at large are easy to mistake as useless corpses. Sophia Beaufont is about to change all of that.
When the dragon egg that magnetized to her hatches, it sets Sophia on a new course. The Elite are immediately notified. She’s expected to train. To defend. To fight.
Sophia is ready to conquer evil, as the dragon riders should have been doing for centuries. However, the Elite have been turning a blind eye, allowing the world to be overrun by criminals.
That’s all about to change. S. Beaufont isn’t a girl who will be told to sit down and relax when a war is brewing that only a dragon rider can extinguish.
Ye screw with this lass, ye get put on yer ass.
Life sucker-punched me… I have family I didn’t know about, a magical heritage laying its claim, and a mystery I apparently need to solve.
There are three things I love most in life…my wild and crazy Irish family, Redbreast Whiskey at Shenanigans, and living in Toronto. Having grown up with five older brothers, I can fight my way out of most situations, either with my wicked sense of humor or my fists. Often both. But when a back-alley brawl leaves me marked with a bizarre Celtic crest on my back, I become a beacon for all things whacked and weird. My dad is obviously freaked when he sees the tat, but he won’t discuss it.
So, I do what any stubborn red-headed lass would—I ignore all advice and fly to the Emerald Isle to get answers.
And yeah…you know that saying about hindsight being 20/20? True Story. Look out, druid world. This mac Cumhaill is like no other.
Will Fiona survive coming into her powers? Will those in Ireland survive Fiona? Can Toronto survive an urban druid and her mythical bear?
We are bringing it home for the holidays with a $50 Visa gift card giveaway!
