Happy Wednesday, fellow reading addicts!
It’s been another crazy week for me! If I didn’t have it down in my planner to do this email I might have forgotten it.
I have a plethora of zucchini I’ve been working with and today I researched the best mandoline slicer for making chips to try making ranch zucchini chips and ordered it. Tomorrow I’ll be slicing up and using my air fryer to make chips. Wish me luck. I have these beautiful globe zucchini that I slice into slightly bigger than 1/4″ slices to make pizza with. They’re delish and low carb. I am trying to reduce carbs, but not had a good time with it. I like my carbs dang it.
I’ve also been going through things and shredding/recycling/tossing things out. That seems to suck up a lot of my time! But I did find time to read – at least last night I did and I plan to tonight too.
